How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to amend it. To change or cancel your current order, please contact us on chat or email:
Yes. Sample Fairy dusts are available to purchase via our website and allows you the opportunity to try different scents we use for out bath bombs & fairy dusts. Alternatively, we also sell 4 Mystery bath bombs or Fairy Dusts, which again offer a random selection of scents.

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?
Your custom is important to us and we’ll do everything we can to correct any errors. If your order is incorrect, please contact us on chat or email:

Are your products safe to use? Legal to sell/make in the UK/EU?
All our products are safety assessed which allows for them to be sold throughout the UK and the EU legally.
What are your delivery costs?
UK Mainland: free delivery on orders over £40, orders under £40 will incur a £1.99 delivery charge and orders under £20 will incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
Northern Ireland & Isle of Man: free delivery on orders over £40, orders under £40 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge and orders under £20 will incur a £4.99 delivery charge.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our Delivery times are 5-10 working days.
We do not ship Internationally as bath bombs are very delicate and might be damaged in transit if shipped for long distances.
Has my order been dispatched?
We’ll keep you informed so as soon as your order is placed, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the order (please make sure to provide correct email when you place your order). When it’s dispatched, you’ll receive an email to tell you it’s on its way. Shortly after dispatch you will receive tracking link on email.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your parcel to a different address, however you can try to contact the courier with your tracking details and they should be able to help you.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If you missed a delivery the courier will try to deliver your parcel 3 times, after the 3rd attempt the parcel will be returned to us and you’ll be reimbursed as soon as we receive back your order.
Product Specific FAQs
Are your bath bombs wrapped? Is there labelling?
All our bath bombs are individually bagged in recyclable/Biodegradable clear bag. Our Bath bombs only have a small label applied showing scent, amount of CBD, Batch code & Best before End date.
Are your bath bombs suitable for sensitive skin? And children?
Our bath products contain “no nasty chemicals”, meaning there’s nothing in there that’s harsh on the skin, such as SLS, which many find irritating, and no ingredients included that are unnecessary such as fillers to extend shelf life, which we also don’t use anything of the sort.
Which Bath products are best for dry/eczema prone skin?
If you've got dry, itchy skin the Skin Rehab bath bomb and fairy dust is perfect for you. It is fragrance and colour-free and contains Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Oatmeal powder and extra Coconut oil.
Natural remedy for eczema, inflammation, itchiness and redness. Replenishes moisture & Soothes the skin.
Are your bath bombs cruelty free? Are they vegan friendly?
Yes, all our products are Vegan & cruelty free, never tested on animals.
How long do your bath products last?
Bath bombs should be used within 3-6 months of purchase date to ensure the quality of your product.
Store your bath bombs in an airtight container or a ziplock bag in a cool dark place. We always recommend using our products sooner rather than later. The longer you wait, the more likely it is the bath bomb will be exposed to moisture in the air and lose some of its colour/scent/fizzing power.
My Bath bomb / Fairy dust has changed colour or does not fizz as much, can I still use it?
You can definitely still use it. Some of our bath products can brown/change colour or lose some of their scent or fizz if not stored properly. This can happen as we try to use only natural ingredients in our products and do not add any preservatives or other chemicals which irritate the skin. Even if browning/discoloration occurs, our products can still be used as CBD and other beneficial properties do not disappear.
Please store our bath products in an airtight container or a ziplock bag in a cool, dark place to prevent this.
Will bath products stain the tub?
Our products should not stain your tub. Our bath bombs are made with skin-safe colourants that will not stain your tub. To avoid a ring around the tub, be sure to bathe in a freshly clean tub. If you get a ring around the tub, it should easily wipe away.
